Embracing my inner nerd, I designed this intake form as if it were to actually be used at Azkaban Prison in the wizarding world of Harry Potter. From the copy writing, to the aging of the paper, to using a quill to complete the form, I aimed for authenticity. I was excited to write thoroughly researched copy that is true to the wizarding world.
